First Registration
If it is the first time you are using sirar Support Portal, you will need to register in advance by following below steps:
• Open URL: https://support.sirar.com.sa

• Click on Sign Up Option :

• Full fill your personnel information and then click Next :

• Enter your login Email, Password, and Password Confirmation, then click Next :

• Select your rule as “Requester” and then click Next :

• Review All your account s details and then click Submit :

• Wait for 1 business day until your account getting activated by our administration team. Note: For security and accountability reasons, only authorized personnel’s are allowed to create an account on our ticketing portal and raise requests.
In advance to login, please make sure to install “ Google Authenticator” on your smart mobile phone.
• Open URL: https://support.sirar.com.sa

In this guide we will use " Google Authenticator", you can find guide and download link here
• Enter your registered Email and Password, then click on “Sign In” :
o If this is your first login, you will need to scan the barcode ( scroll down to end of page to view the barcode) using Google Authenticator Application, then enter the OTP you see on your mobile :

o If this is not your first login, you will need to open Google Authenticator application directly, and enter the OTP you see on your mobile.
